Serve & Partner

Serve & partner.

Live Love Malawi relies on the generosity of private individuals, churches and foundations. Here is every way to stand with us.

Live Love Malawi relies on the generosity and support of private individuals, churches and foundations to finance our programmes and operations, and we strive to manage our budget in the most cost-effective manner possible.

In-kind gifts — non-monetary contributions of goods or services — enable us to direct the majority of the money to our programmes rather than our administration.

Volunteers are a great part of Live Love, and we welcome those who wish to help be the hands and feet in spreading hope in the communities we work in.

Local volunteers

If you’re already living around Lilongwe and are interested in volunteering with us, we’d love to hear from you.

We have opportunities that require regular commitment, and others — yearly Christmas parties, Vacation Bible School, mobile clinics — that come up periodically and don’t require any further commitment.

If you are in Lilongwe and interested in volunteering, please send enquiries to volunteer@livelovemalawi.com

International volunteers

Do you feel God calling you into missions, and would you like to serve at Live Love Malawi? If you are considering coming as a group for one to two weeks, fill in the form below and our team will get in touch with you.

Live Love has several activities that it undertakes on a weekly and monthly basis. These activities have helped us connect and build relationships with the people of these communities. We believe that relationships are vital to the work that we do.

  • Tuesdays

After-school programme at Chilinza Primary School, teaching English and Mathematics to standards 1–8. Bible study with the women of Chilinza — the foundation of all that we do — open to everyone, whatever their church background. Sports at Chipampha in the afternoon: netball and soccer.

  • Wednesdays

Vacation Bible School with the kids, soccer with the men, and interaction time with the community.

  • Thursdays

A day dedicated to Mkanda village: Vacation Bible School and women’s Bible study, with cookery in the morning as part of empowering the women of Mkanda.

  • Fridays

Our big day in Chipampha, where every programme runs concurrently — women, kids, men and netball.

  • Last Saturday of the month

    Medical mobile clinics.
